Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” includes purchases made in error (for example ordering the wrong size or colour), items that don’t fit as expected, or unwanted gifts.
We accept change of mind returns for an exchange only, provided the following conditions are met:
• Return requested within 14 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or bank statement)
• Item is unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags/labels attached
• Protective hygiene sticker must remain in place for swimwear
• Item is not listed as an excluded item (see below)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, incorrectly described, or significantly different from what was shown, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assess the item and, where appropriate:
• Provide an exchange for the same item where possible, or
• Issue an in-store credit if a replacement is not available
Items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If you cannot locate your receipt, a bank statement is acceptable. If you’re unable to provide this, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Exchanges
Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur additional charges.
If exchanging for a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference, you may need to pay the difference.

Online Returns & Exchange Process
For purchases made online (including Click & Collect), you may return your item for exchange.
You can:
• Return the item in store, or
• Post it back to us (at your own expense for change of mind or incorrect size purchases)
For faulty garments, exchanges will be processed at no additional charge.

We recommend using registered post or postal insurance, as we are not responsible for missing parcels.
Once your return is received, we will arrange the exchange where possible or issue an in-store credit note.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
